2. Products and Pricing

Available subscriptions:

• AI Coach Monthly: $9/month — AI analysis, report, chat, insights.
• AI Coach Annual: $72/year — same features at a reduced rate.
• Courses Monthly: $9/month — interactive chess courses.
• All-in-one Monthly: $14/month — AI coaching + courses.

Prices are in USD, inclusive of applicable taxes for EU consumers via Stripe Tax.

3. Order and Payment

Payment is processed online via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your subscription is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, with the consumer's express consent.

However, if you have not used the service within 48 hours of your first payment, contact us for a goodwill refund: contact@chessmentorai.com

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time via your customer portal (Stripe). Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prorated refunds: not applicable. No partial refund for unused time, except in case of total service outage caused by us (72+ consecutive hours).
• Annual subscription: refundable within 7 days of automatic renewal if no Pro features have been used since the renewal date.

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be notified by email 72 hours before any annual renewal. You can disable auto-renewal from your Stripe customer portal.

If unresolved, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.
